I recently stumbled upon the Emporium Pies, a quaint pie company with incredible branding created by Foundry Co.I am excited about this baking business for two reasons; I love pie and I love good branding. Take a look..
My favorite weekend of the year is spent with one of my best friends and her family at the Coachella music festival! From the music to the models, everything about Coachella is memorable and awesome!
But, I'm not going to lie and pretend like I ran from stage to stage trying to catch every band on the line-up because I'm totally guilty of treating the music extravaganza like a three day long fashion parade. Honestly, where else can one done a feather headdress, fringe cape and harem pants confidently!? I think the whole crazy scene is incredibly inspiring and refreshing especially, for someone who loves fashion. Here is a look at the outfits I pulled together for the festival. Also, thank you to Hanna for taking all the lovely photos!
I was really stoked to see Taliesin West, Frank Lyod Wright's winter home in the Spring issue of Town&Country magazine! I often forget about some of the treasures and landmarks sprinkled throughout Arizona and this editorial was a very nice reminder of just one of the wonders we have here. Take a look!
I'm so proud to be involved in the production of the Digital Prints Fashion Exhibit! Phoenix Art Museum will debut this exhibition to the public on Friday March 1, 2013! There are nearly 40 contemporary designers featured in the show including, Rodarte, Alexander McQueen, Prada, Katrantzou and many more! See event info here.
I've been hangin' round some cowboys lately and am now taking style cues from dudes who wear bolo ties and turquoise jewelry on the reg. As a native to Arizona I feel that it's not only appropriate but totally necessary to own some vintage western gear and incorporate it into my weekly wardrobe. Here are a few ways to add a splash of the old west to your look without feeling like an Annie Oakley incarnate.
